When we buy online, we aren’t sure if it’s the good quality we want so we look at the reviews but sometimes, it is not enough. We still receive broken items, wrong items or sometimes, the item so far from how it looks like from the product picture on the site. All that is left is for us to return it back and get our money back. But it's a hassle and time-consuming, not just for us, buyers but also for the sellers, logistics and warehouses. Therefore, Amazon thought of an idea to change all of that.
